The Grant Committee not only meets to discuss the proposals submitted by the teachers...
They visit the school, they phone and email the teachers, they check on orders, and they visit the school again,
and they meet, and they meet, and they meet...
They discuss and they calculate and they do their very best to spend the funds raised by so
many Friends of NWC in the most equitable way possible...and here are their conclusions..
